Tips to reduce headache
1. ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ โ You should avoid chocolates, cheese, processed meat, and sweeteners as they all can trigger a headache. Foods containing caffeine (Coffee, Tea, etc.) and alcohol (Red Wine, etc.) should be avoided, or at least, limited.
2. ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ โ Loud noises can trigger migraines, so avoid places like discotheques, bars and etc
3. ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ โ Bright and vibrant lights can induce migraine attacks, so avoid Sun Glaring, Movie Theatre, Driving at Nights, etc. Give your eyes rest while using computers and TV.
4. ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐โ Women tend to have increased chances of migraines during and around menses. You should avoid oral Contraceptives and Hormone Replacement Therapy
5. ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ โ Stress is one of the triggers for migraines. Relaxation techniques like Meditation, Yoga, Light Aerobics, etc. help reduce stress.

Keep a special note of what you eat or drink, what kind of light and sounds triggers it, whether exercise triggers it, the weather has any effect on your migraines or not, what medications reduce or alleviate the headache.
