TELEME is designed to handle non-emergency health issues. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 999 or seek help at the nearest medical facility or hospital.

Yes. TeleMe is commited to ensure all medical records are to be kept confidential and compliant with all privacy and data protection laws. Your information will be stored in safely secured databases.

We understand that certain medical cases require physical examination by the practitioner, therefore, you are able to contact the practitioner via TELEME to arrange for a face-to-face physical consultation and examination at the centre, clinic or hospital with the Health Practitioner.

TELEME provides a library of educational multimedia Health Articles for users to read and learn more about their conditions and current health issues like COVID or daily infections numbers. New articles appear on a regular biweekly basis.

TELEME provides a Health Advisory feature where users can ask any health related issues which concern them such as which type of specialist they should see or where is the nearest pharmacy.

A 'favourite doctor' is a feature unique to TELEME. This feature allows our users to share Health Tracking Data with any of the ‘favourite practitioner’ chosen by the user. This allows the Health Practitioner to be able do remote monitoring of the user’s health data such as blood pressure or diabetes glucose levels.

Yes. In fact, users are encouraged to connect with their regular Health Practitioners regularly (and avoid ‘doctor hopping’) so that they can help you keep track of your health. It is important to do 6-12 monthly Health Screening tests regularly to detect any abnormal changes early to prevent serious complications later on in life.

Yes. TELEME is only 1 of 2 (as of June 2021) Health Tech Platforms with Lembaga Farmasi legally compliant e-prescription feature for users to pick up their refill medication from a nearby pharmacy or get delivery to their house. All medications are dispensed by genuine and verified local pharmacies with a Poisons A Licence granted by the Ministry of Health and the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency.

Yes. TELEME is connected online to PathLab so that Doctors can order lab tests for their patients via the app. Users can pay online and proceed to the chosen PathLab branch to do the tests. The results will be uploaded and sent back directly to their Doctor for analysis and reporting.

There are Doctors, Health Practitioners, Pharmacies and PathLab Centres located throughout Malaysia who are available to be connected online on TELEME or consulted face-to-face at their clinics, centres or hospitals which can be easily located by clicking the address (linked to Waze) on their profile page.

Payment can be made via Internet banking or credit/debit cards through the secure payment gateways of iPay88 and Billplz.

TELEME offers all Doctors and Health Practitioners an affordable subscription option of having an online platform with multiple features to connect with their patients. This is the new HYBRID online-offline model where a huge network of like-minded healthcare community can offer share-care for their patients.
